Led by Elders
Grace Community Fellowship is led by a plurality of elders, most of whom are lay elders (not paid by the church). This means nearly all the ministry decisions are made by qualified men elected to serve as elders (1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9). Elders are pastors, overseers, shepherds of the church (Acts 20:17, 28-30; 1 Peter 5:1-4).
The desire of the elders is to shepherd the flock of God under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ with the support of the deacons.
Served by Deacons
The role of the deacons is to serve and support the ministry of the elders. They serve the church body by spotting and meeting tangible needs in the body and protecting and promoting church unity.

Paid Staff
Nathan Ehresman |
Administrative Pastor
Nathan and Addie (m. 2015) have three wonderful kids: Caleb (b. 2018), Claire (b. 2020), and Cora (b. 2021). The Ehresmans enjoy family walks around town, welcoming people to their home for a meal, and reading every book on the shelf.
Nathan was not discipled in the home growing up; it was through the love and ministry of the local church that he came to saving faith in Jesus as a teenager. Now, God has placed a burden on his heart for helping members of the church grow in Christlikeness.
In conjuction with serving at Grace, Nathan is studying at Midwestern Seminary. Through both of these endeavors, he is daily growing in his love for God, awe at His Word, and passion for His church.
