In Micah 4 we see a glorious future for God's people. There is hope for the future. If we are in Christ there is hope for us as well. We are walking in the name of the Lord, meaning, we repent of our sin, we live by faith not by sight, and we invest in the life to come. The second half the message outlines God's rescue plan. God will enter in to save, God will save the needy, the LORD himself will rescue. This is good news. This was ultimately accomplished in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This is the gospel - our glorious future is made possible because of Jesus.
