The ministry of the church is not up to the “staff pastors” or “the people with the titles.” The job of those people is to equip the saints [that’s you!] for the work of ministry. Our ministry philosophy hinges on this idea—that that we are all being equipped and built up to play an active part in carrying out the ministry of the church.
Our ministry is organized by teams and our teams exist to help us fulfill our mission and vision. Each of our teams are led by a great team leader.

Here's a quick look at our teams and how they contribute to our ministry:
College Ministry Team
We love being in the same town as Tabor College! Our college ministry team is a group of people who are committed to building relationships with college students and helping them out when needs arise.
Connect Team
The mission of the connect team is to come alongside guests as they begin attending Grace and seek to become involved, helping each guest connect with the life and ministry of Grace. Each Sunday morning you can find some of our great volunteers at the Connect Desk in the lobby!
Decorating Team
God has blessed us with an incredible building, and our decorating team does a great job making it feel warm and welcoming.
Finance Team
The finance team ensures transparency and accountability, and helps us show Christlike stewardship by overseeing our budget and finances.
Hospitality Team
Our hospitality team seeks to show Christlike servanthood and so create a warm environment for all to worship and to grow, where they feel welcomed and loved. (You can thank them for preparing the coffee every Sunday morning!)
Kids Ministry Team
Our kids ministry team seeks to partner with parents in nurturing the spiritual formation of their children through providing a loving and fun environment where they can connect with God, one another, and adult mentors. We have nursery (0–24 months, 2–3 years) and Kids Time (4yo–1st grade, during the sermon) on Sunday mornings year–round, and nursery (0–3 years) and kids groups (4 years–5th grade) on Wednesday nights during the school year.
Kitchen Team
Often the best fellowship happens over food. Our kitchen team prepares great meals that allow us to connect with one another while enjoying good food. We have a meal at 6:30pm on Wednesday nights (during the school year), as well as several church-wide meals on Sundays throughout the year. Check out the schedule for upcoming meals here.
Praise Team
The mission of the praise team is to bring glory to God and to proclaim the Gospel message through leading the congregation in corporate worship, in Spirit and in truth, through song.
Production Team
Our production team strives to serve the church body with excellence in the audio/visual area during our gatherings. Their goal is to aid in the body's experience of worship through song and the preaching of God's Word; if no one notices them, that's mission accomplished!
Set Up Team
We are thankful for the flexibility our space affords. The set up team is a group of servants who ensure the building is set up and prepared for our various gatherings and activities.
Small Groups
The Christian life is meant to be lived in deeply-rooted community with other believers—this is the only way we can live out the Bible's numerous "one another" statements. The main way we help foster this type of relationship is through small groups, where we can live out our faith together. Check out our open small groups here.
Ushers
The ushers' goals are to promote an atmosphere where all those entering the auditorium feel welcomed and to meet the needs of the congregation during the corporate gathering.
Welcome Team
The welcome team's mission is to sincerely make people feel welcome, wanted, and loved.
Women's Ministry Team
The goal of the women's ministry team is to help women connect in meaningful relationships where they can grow in the Truth of God's Word, encourage and nurture one another, and display God's love in service.
Youth Ministry Team (middle school & high school)
Our youth ministry team seeks to join parents in the discipleship of their teenagers, recognizing this as a pivotal season for grounding them in Truth and meaningful relationships with Christian adults.
